There is a wonderful commonality in sharing joy with people you know, people you meet, and people that become friends when sharing music or wine.
The mission is to create spaces that facilitate joy for all involved - and to use that joy in bettering the areas we are in; hence, the importance of using this festival to raise funds for a plethora of wonderful causes here in Walla Walla and beyond.
Thank you for being part of this dope journey.
Pop. Love. Share. Crush. Enjoy.

We create safe spaces where young people can have fun and be themselves. Camp Fire Walla Walla is a community based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to build caring and confident youth and future leaders. We provide quality out-of-school programming that fosters growth within the children of our community. In our After School Camp and Super Summer programs, we focus on helping children to learn, grow, explore, create, build friendships, and have fun. Camp Fire Walla Walla started out in 1924 as a scouting organization for girls. Over the decades, we’ve changed our programming a lot, but not our core mission of creating safe spaces for young people to have fun, be themselves, and thrive.

We aim to expand the arts and entertainment landscape in the valley by transforming the amphitheater into a world class venue sustained by locally-made professional musical theater productions that are unique to Walla Walla. Our community has a rich history of supporting the arts and championing progress. Recently the city supported visionary projects that improve the quality of life for residents and increase the valley’s attraction to visitors. We champion those efforts and intend to complement rather than compete with them. For example, a couple may enjoy seeing ZZ Top at the Wine Country Amphitheater one evening and the next attend an outdoor theatrical production such as Mamma Mia. Our organization was formed exclusively for the purpose of restoring and sustaining the amphitheater venue as a community performance space and cultural arts center. Our vision for operation of the theater includes the creation of a self-sustaining professional theater company that will produce a summer theater festival of multiple broadway-style shows. The space will also serve as a multi-use rehearsal and performance center for local nonprofits. The site will also be available for commercial rentals, concerts, trade shows, weddings, etc., as the programming schedule allows.

The goal is to create an engaging, open, and accessible space for children and adults of all abilities to gather together to build community through creative play, natural spaces, and learning, by developing emotional, physical and mental health. The new Pioneer Park Playground will be a gathering place for everyone, not just kids. Children and adults alike — no matter their level of ability — will be able to interact with each other, regardless of the particular playground element. The emphasis on natural play elements (hills, logs, etc.) will make the facility more sustainable, with fewer parts to repair and maintain.

Working within the wine industry can open many doors both financially and intellectually. While we have come a long way over the years promoting a more ethnically and racially diverse profession, there is much work to be done in terms of welcoming, elevating, and amplifying the voices of underrepresented minorities. Education is the cornerstone of progress in any field because it allows people to see the many different paths down which a subject can lead. Obstacles to education include funding, mentorship, and/or a general feeling of exclusion. Wine Unify seeks to unite all three by way of several sponsored funding initiatives for underrepresented minorities intended to: First, WELCOME those who have an interest in wine but do not currently work in the field. Second, ELEVATE and support the careers of existing wine industry professionals of color who seek further education. Third, AMPLIFY the diverse voices of professionals, who are they themselves underrepresented minorities, that currently exist within the wine industry.
